1三步排查
绝大多数「转不了 / 打不开」都能在 30 秒内定位，按顺序看：
- 列表上是什么状态？「已完成」→ 问题在「图书」，看第 2 步；「失败」→ 看第 3 步的错误码。
- 存入图书之后没出现？在系统分享面板里必须选中「图书」，这一步系统不给静默写入的接口，
只能手动选。如果选了却没出现，打开「图书」→ 左上角「书库」确认不是在「想读」或某个合集里。 - 失败了？点开那本书 → 详情页会写清「现象 / 原因 / 怎么办」，右上角「复制诊断」
能复制一份不含正文信息的 JSON，发给我们就够定位。

E1001 / E1003 / E2001 属于「重试也没用」的终态——不是 App 坏了，是这本书本身没法转。
4常见问题
转完了，但「图书」里打开是空白或报错
先看列表里这本书有没有自检徽标：
- 没有徽标 = 自检通过，产物结构是好的。此时问题多在「图书」的同步：完全退出「图书」
（上滑杀掉）再打开一次。 - 有徽标 = 自检发现了问题，点进去看具体是哪一条（目录缺失、清单漏项、单图像素超限等）。
这种情况请把「复制诊断」的内容发给我们，附上原书格式。
这本书明明能读，为什么转书说不行
大概率是它本来就带 DRM，而读它的那个 App 是销售方的（例如 Kindle、微信读书）。
E2001 就是这个意思。转书不会去破 DRM，这既是技术边界也是法律边界。
「存入图书」按钮点了没反应
按钮弹的是系统分享面板，不是直接写入。在面板里要选「图书」这一项。
如果面板里没有「图书」，说明系统里「图书」被删掉了——从 App Store 重新装回来即可。
转换到一半切走了，会中断吗
不会。切到别的 App 后，先用后台任务把手上这本做完；队列里还有剩的，会登记一个系统后台任务，
等设备空闲时继续。所以「回来一看还没转完」是正常的——系统会挑时机，不保证立刻。
想立刻转完，就让 App 留在前台。
简繁转换在哪？为什么是灰的
设置 → 文字形体。它属于「转书 Pro」的权益，未购买时会引导到价目页。
另外它只影响之后新转换的书——已经转好的不会自动重转（要重转就删掉重新导入）。
我买了 Pro，换手机或重装后没了
在价目页底部，或「设置 → 转书 Pro → 恢复购买」点一下即可，用的是你的 Apple ID。
如果你和家人共享了购买，让家人也在同一「家人共享」组里，然后同样点「恢复购买」。
恢复购买点了，提示「没有可恢复的购买」
三种可能：① 当前 Apple ID 不是购买时用的那个（设置 → 顶部你的名字，看登录的是哪个）；
② 网络不通（恢复购买需要联网，这是唯一需要联网的操作）；③ 确实没买过。
免费版和 Pro 的区别

免费版能完整转完一本书，包括预览、自检、改书名作者封面、存入图书。
没有水印、没有降质、没有「只能转前 3 章」。
我的书会被上传吗
不会。转书不联网（除了「恢复购买」要问 Apple），转换全在这台设备上完成。

为什么分享面板里叫「导入到转书」而不是「转书」
分享扩展是一个独立的小程序，它的名字是「导入到转书」，动作说得更清楚。
主屏上的名字还是「转书」（英文区是 “BookTurn” / “Add to BookTurn”）。

1Three-step triage
Nearly every “it won’t convert / won’t open” case resolves in 30 seconds:
- What does the list say? “Done” → the problem is on the Books side, see #2.
“Failed” → note the error code, see #3. - Saved but not showing up? In the system share sheet you must pick Books —
iOS gives no API to write into Books silently. If you picked it and still see nothing, open Books and
check you’re in Library, not Want to Read or a collection. - Failed? Open the book → the detail screen explains symptom / cause / what to do.
“Copy Diagnostics” gives a JSON with no body text — send us that and we can pinpoint it.

E1001 / E1003 / E2001 are terminal — nothing is broken, the book simply can’t be converted.
4FAQ
It converted, but Books shows a blank page or an error
Look for a validation badge in the list:
- No badge = validation passed, the output is structurally sound. The problem is likely
Books’ own sync — force-quit Books and reopen. - Has a badge = validation found something. Tap in to see which check failed.

It opens fine in another app — why does BookTurn refuse it
Almost certainly DRM, and the app that opens it is the seller’s (Kindle, WeChat Reading, etc.).
E2001 means exactly that. BookTurn won’t remove DRM — a technical and legal boundary.
“Save to Books” does nothing
That button opens the system share sheet, it doesn’t write directly. Pick Books in the sheet.
If Books isn’t listed, it’s been deleted from the device — reinstall it from the App Store.
Will converting stop if I switch apps
No. A background task assertion finishes the current book; anything left in the queue gets a system
background task and continues when the device is idle. So “still not done when I came back” is normal —
the system picks the moment. Keep the app in the foreground to finish immediately.
Where’s the Simplified/Traditional conversion
Settings → Text variant. It’s a BookTurn Pro feature; tapping it unpurchased opens the paywall.
It only affects new conversions — existing outputs aren’t re-converted automatically.
I bought Pro but it’s gone after switching phones or reinstalling
Tap “Restore Purchase” at the bottom of the paywall, or under Settings → BookTurn Pro. It uses your
Apple ID. Family Sharing purchases restore the same way, from a member of the same group.
“Restore Purchase” says there’s nothing to restore
Three possibilities: (1) the current Apple ID isn’t the one that purchased — check Settings → your name
at the top; (2) no network (restoring requires connectivity — the only network operation
in the app); (3) it genuinely wasn’t purchased.

The free tier converts a book completely — preview, validation, editing
title/author/cover, saving to Books. No watermark, no quality reduction, no “first 3 chapters only”.
Are my books uploaded
No. BookTurn makes no network requests (except restoring a purchase, which is Apple’s). Conversion
happens entirely on device — verify with Airplane Mode on. See the
privacy policy.
Why is the share sheet entry called “Add to BookTurn”
The Share Extension is a separate small app; its name states the action. The home screen icon is still
“BookTurn” (「转书」 in Chinese).
